Rob did a great job explaining what he was planning to do in conjunction with replacing our door springs. He has 13 years of experience with Precision Garage Door so was able to go over all aspects of our existing hurricane resistant garage door, our Liftmaster garage door opener with batter backup, our springs, bearings, and roller.

I was very pleased with your employee. Dereks work and ENTHUSIASM THAT EARLY IN THE MORNING WAS AMAZING!! He explained the pros and cons of my garage opener from 2007 by just replacing the outdoor key pad. I did decide to change out my system according to his recommendations. I did not realize that my opener was quite that old. He left me a sticker so if I did have any future issues your company information would be handy. We have used Precision in the past and will continue to do so. I was given an appointment the same day that I called, and was given a 2-hour window in which the tech would arrive, and he arrived within that time frame. Bryan called me to let me know what time he would be there, which was much appreciated. When he got there he explained everything, gave me the quote to fix everything, and did so within a short time. He was kind, informative, and helpful. I highly recommend Precision!

Brian Hewiston was our Precision Garage representative and installer. Brian did a superb job with the technical installation of our new Genie system. He gave us all of the options available to us allowing us to choose the best and most cost-effective solutions available to us. Throughout the installation he was extremely patient. The job at our home had some complications due to the builders initial placement and Brian tackled all issues with a great attitude, patience and a smile. I had Precision Door back in 2002 and was pleased at that time. That is why I called again. The motor was shot and Jeff the tech was so much more than thorough. He tightened every and I mean every screw on the door and track to ensure perfect travel motion on the tracks even though he only installed the motor. He must have had the door open and close 10 to 15 times to make sure everything was secure and worked properly. I was impressed and very pleased and would call again for any issue. I felt I could trust this company without question. Thank you

I chose Precision Garage Door Service because a couple of months ago I saw one of your technician helping a neighbor with their door at 10pm! They later said dealing with your company was amazing. So, when I had a problem, I decided to contact Precision Garage Door too. The technician, Bryant Griffin, was very professional and courteous. He came on a service call to help remove a bulb that exploded in the garage door unit...the bulb broke off at the 'screw in' level. Bryant disconnect power and battery back up and had to use pliers to grasp the bulb base to remove it from the unit. While he was here he offered to check the door for any other possible issues. Everything good except the rubber seal across the bottom of the door. He found where there was a tear/hole in the seal that had been covered up with a piece of rubber by the previous company I used. I asked Bryant about replacing the seal, he had one on his truck, told me the price to install, etc. I asked him to please replace the bottom seal. He did so and checked every inch of it to ensure it set/close/contacted properly. I am very pleased with this company and their employee is an excellent representation of your company values. I will now use Precision Garage Door Service for ALL of my garage door needs. Thank you and thank you Bryant.
